Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day operations of building systems

• Schedule and perform reactive and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience

• Sound knowledge of HVAC and fire alarm systems

• Leadership and strong communication skills

• Familiarity with CMMS and BAS technologies

• Ontario driver’s license in good standing
