Maintenance Technician

Key responsibilities include handling minor repairs and coordinating maintenance tasks, while promoting a clean and healthy atmosphere. You'll work alongside various departments to support our mission and ensure resident satisfaction daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair indoor and outdoor facilities

• Assist in routine ground maintenance and gardening

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractor inspections

• Perform minor repairs including plumbing and carpentry

• Monitor and replace lighting fixtures as needed

Requirements:

• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs

• Strong communication skills in English

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred

• Must be flexible and team-oriented
