Position: Building Operator with Impact Organization
Join Impact as a Building Operator, overseeing property maintenance and inspections across indoor and outdoor environments. Ensure facility operations run smoothly by addressing deficiencies and responding to service calls promptly.

As a vital member of the operations team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager. The role requires at least two years of experience in building operations or facility maintenance, along with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will support effective coordination of maintenance tasks and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of property interior and exterior

• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed

• Respond promptly to service calls and complaints

• Assist in managing office arrangements and setups

• Support corporate events with logistical coordination

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building operations

• Knowledge of building systems and safety protocols

• Ability to perform physical tasks

• Familiarity with emergency response procedures
