Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors

• Operate vacuum cleaners for cleaning tasks

• Empty trash cans and waste containers

• Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed

• Clean snow and ice from walkways

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Organized with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to contact contractors for repairs

• Experience with routine maintenance jobs
