Age Care is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who will handle various maintenance responsibilities for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Keeping an eye on safety regulations and ensuring routine inspections are performed will be key aspects of this role. Your knowledge and experience will support our goal of a comfortable living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance for various building systems

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance inspections

• Repair equipment crucial to resident care

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on inspections

• Execute minor carpentry and other tasks as required

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school with technical training

• Previous experience in a related maintenance role

• Familiarity with WHMIS regulations

• Hold a valid provincial driver’s license

• Dedication to providing excellent care to seniors
