This part-time position is critical in overseeing compliance with maintenance standards and executing repair tasks within the community. A post-secondary degree or diploma is required, alongside two years of applicable experience. You will handle equipment maintenance, perform inspections, and prepare reports on maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold fire safety and maintenance compliance standards

• Manage internal reporting systems for maintenance needs

• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance tasks

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems

• Communicate issues promptly to management

Requirements:

• Required post-secondary degree or diploma

• At least two years of relevant maintenance experience

• Knowledge of equipment operation in long-term care

• Familiarity with building trades and associated operations
