Our client seeks a detail-oriented Cleaner experienced in residential cleaning services. You'll attend properties for thorough cleaning and follow specific checklists to ensure no detail is overlooked. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and able to work independently, identifying issues that require attention before showings and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and clean residential properties on schedule
• Perform move-in/move-out and rental turnover cleaning
• Maintain high cleaning standards in all areas
• Document completed work with photos and videos
• Communicate updates professionally with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential cleaning
• Reliable transportation and personal cleaning supplies
• Ability to work independently and follow specific instructions
• iPhone 13 or equivalent with a quality camera
• Strong organizational and communication skills
