Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee repairs and maintenance of building equipment

• Ensure safe operation of recreational facilities and pools

• Manage supply inventory and materials management

• Facilitate staff training and recruitment as needed

• Respond to emergencies and provide operational oversight

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in skilled trades

• CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory

• Pool operations experience is an asset

• Effective communication and leadership abilities

• Capacity for physical labor and flexible scheduling
