• Clean lobbies, stairwells, and elevator areas thoroughly

• Maintain and tidy up laundry and social rooms

• Perform exterior cleaning and general maintenance tasks

• Report safety hazards to the Resident Manager

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related cleaning experience

• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor

• Ability to lift heavy objects safely
