• Execute general repair and maintenance work effectively

• Clean, scrub, and wax floors in all common areas

• Empty garbage and recycling receptacles regularly

• Maintain the building exterior, grounds, and parking lots

• Remove snow and apply salt for safety during winter

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Certification in building repairs and maintenance

• Proven customer service skills in verbal and written English

• Ability to work independently or with a team
