Elevate your career as a Live-Out Building Superintendent at one of our upscale condominiums in Toronto, ON. This dynamic role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents and ensuring smooth operations.

We are seeking a motivated Building Superintendent to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Your responsibilities include maintaining areas, reporting maintenance needs, and responding to emergencies. Strong customer service and knowledge of building operations and maintenance systems are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment

• Report deficiencies and maintenance requirements promptly

• Respond to emergencies and interact with residents

• Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks

• Enforce condominium rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in condominium management preferred

• Knowledge of building equipment and maintenance schedules

• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication

• Proficiency in email and understanding emergency procedures

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
