The Building Operator role involves hands-on management of building operations, including maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing. You will work in a rotating shift schedule to promptly address tenant needs and perform necessary repairs on-site. Complimentary parking is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly address tenant user service calls

• Conduct maintenance across various trades

• Support preventative maintenance tasks

• Perform water treatment testing and adjustments

• Assist with custodial duties in facilities

Requirements:

• 5 years of operational experience in buildings

• Preferred BES certification for applicants

• Strong communication skills for collaboration

• Ability to react swiftly to emergencies
