The role includes inspecting areas, handling service requests, and engaging with residents effectively while executing daily maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and amenities

• Clear trash from vacant units before make-ready

• Complete routine service requests as assigned

• Ensure locks and gates are secure and compliant

• Distribute important notices to residents

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license for golf cart usage

• Capability to perform physical tasks throughout the day

• Willingness to work outside in varied weather conditions

• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including calls

• Basic maintenance experience appreciated
