Maintenance Technician at Rhapsody Property Management

As a key member of the Rhapsody team, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the property. This role demands hands-on maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry. Deliver exceptional service and take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests for in-suite and common areas

• Perform appliance repairs and routine plumbing tasks

• Conduct maintenance inspections to identify repair needs

• Maintain grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness

• Address and report significant maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED completed

• 1+ years of maintenance or related experience

• Flexibility to work on a rotating on-call schedule

• Proficiency with basic tools and electrical equipment

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical standards, and safety procedures
