Position: Part-Time Environmental Attendant Role
Help enhance patient care at Humber River Health in the role of Environmental Attendant. This temporary part-time position involves key housekeeping activities with flexible shift availability.

Join our Environmental Services team where you will be responsible for keeping the environment safe and clean, which is essential for quality patient care. We require reliable individuals with strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of cleaning practices. Your tasks will include cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned areas are clean and well-maintained

• Gather and dispose of waste and linens responsibly

• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as required

• Participate in training new staff and quality checks

• Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Recent experience in housekeeping preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work independently

• Positive attitude and readiness for fast-paced environments
