Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team to meet safety and performance goals

• Ensure adherence to Nestlé’s safety standards
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing leadership role

• Proficient with SAP PM and maintenance metrics
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
