Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care seeks a full-time Building Maintenance Assistant to perform essential repairs and maintenance tasks. With at least one year of relevant experience, you will support building safety standards and provide on-call emergency maintenance. You will foster a safe, clean, and attractive living environment for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs

• Respond to emergency maintenance and security requests

• Ensure the building meets safety and cleanliness standards

• Maintain knowledge of fire and safety legislations

• Assist with preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant courses

• Minimum one year of building maintenance experience

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

• Ability to handle physical demands of the job

• Satisfactory police reference check required
