Position: Full Time Light Duty Cleaner
Become a vital part of the cleanliness team at C&W Services as a Full Time Light Duty Cleaner on the first shift. Utilize your skills in maintaining pristine facilities through various custodial tasks.

Working directly under the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, you will perform essential cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining surfaces in compliance with C&W Services’ standards. This entry-level position offers a supportive team atmosphere where you can develop skills in cleaning and custodial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors in buildings

• Use commercial cleaning equipment like buffers and vacuums

• Dust and clean all horizontal surfaces, including furniture

• Clean and restock bathrooms daily

• Collect and dispose of trash appropriately

Requirements:

• No previous cleaning experience necessary

• Ability to take direction and work unsupervised

• Comfortable using cleaning tools and portable vacuums

• Detail-oriented with organizational skills

• High energy levels and endurance required
