Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general cleaning tasks per local codes
• Manage property cleanup in and around the complex
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment for grass care
• Conduct snow and debris removal as needed
• Support with ice maintenance during busy periods
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Similar experience in commercial settings preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
