Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all facility equipment to company standards

• Guarantee compliance with regulations and company policies

• Monitor and address quality issues through Quality Index assessments

• Analyze budgets versus forecasts and report findings

• Lead department meetings focused on safety and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• 1-3 years in maintenance supervision within a unionized setting

• Knowledge of GMP, OHSA, and WHMIS regulations

• Preferred Millwright or Electrical certification

• Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing systems
