Maintenance Team Leader Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team, providing training and support

• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs effectively

• Monitor maintenance performance and quality metrics

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations

• Manage contractor work to meet company standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in food or beverage production environments

• Relevant Community College training or journeyman's license

• Proven English communication skills

• Experience in a CFIA-regulated setting preferred

• Knowledge of CMMS systems is advantageous
