Cleaning Technician Lead Hand Position

As a Lead Hand an Inc., you will oversee cleaning operations across various client locations while mentoring cleaning technicians. Your experience will shape the team’s efficiency and ensure exceptional service delivery for our clients. This role requires evening and weekend availability to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach cleaning staff on best practices

• Monitor and maintain quality of cleaning services

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Serve as on-site client contact when necessary

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience

• Previously held lead or supervisory roles

• Strong knowledge of cleaning products and techniques

• Valid Ontario driver’s license required

• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
