Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in hands-on maintenance, ideally suited for a senior technician ready for leadership.

Your role includes supervising one electromechanical technician and ensuring all production equipment runs efficiently. You will also drive preventive maintenance, manage vendor relations, and uphold safety compliance in our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment

• Execute and lead the preventive maintenance program

• Oversee routine repairs of facility systems

• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff and prioritize tasks

• Manage vendor coordination for specialized repairs

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

• Strong troubleshooting skills with motors and PLCs

• Knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance

• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
