JLL Building Operator Role in GTA

Join JLL as a Building Operator in the Greater Toronto Area. This on-site role requires expertise in HVAC maintenance and building system management.

In this position, you will manage the overall operations and maintenance of various properties, ensuring that HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems run efficiently. Your experience will be critical in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems and equipment

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections

• Coordinate contractor services for building maintenance

• Ensure safety compliance and building aesthetics

• Keep accurate logs of repairs and maintenance actions

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in related building operations

• Strong understanding of BAS and HVAC systems

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required

• Ability to react promptly to emergencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills
