Lead Hand for Cleaning Technicians

Join Dr. Clean Inc. as a Lead Hand Cleaning Technician in the Greater Toronto Area and take charge of a dedicated cleaning team. This full-time role involves supervision, coaching, and hands-on cleaning duties to ensure client satisfaction.

In this position, you will lead and motivate your team to maintain outstanding cleanliness and safety in diverse environments. Your leadership will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning operations at client sites. Evening and weekend shifts are essential for this position to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide cleaning staff in techniques and safety procedures

• Assess service quality and implement improvements

• Maintain stocks of cleaning inventory

• Communicate client concerns to management

• Ensure safety and security compliance at sites

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in janitorial or commercial roles

• Supervisory or coaching experience preferred

• Knowledgeable in WHMIS and health regulations

• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license

• Dependable with the ability to work independently
