Day Porter Position

Elevate cleanliness at Dexterra Group as a Day Porter in Toronto. This casual, on-call role focuses on maintaining pristine environments while adhering to health protocols.

As a detail-oriented professional, you will ensure that client sites are safe and welcoming. You will independently handle cleaning tasks across various areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Your commitment to cleanliness and efficiency will be crucial in delivering high-quality work regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop using safe equipment

• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners promptly

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of cleaning/janitorial experience preferred

• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods

• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Clear criminal background check required
