Step into a janitorial role with Dexterra Group as a Full-Time Cleaner, focused on maintaining clean transit stations in York, Ontario. This is a full-time opportunity featuring stable weekly hours.

In this position, you’ll work five shifts per week, ensuring cleanliness and safety across public transit stations. You will manage cleaning tasks including disinfecting surfaces and replenishing essential supplies. The role requires strong communication skills and an eye for detail to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean station areas including washrooms and platforms

• Sweep and mop, maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Replenish washroom supplies and conduct checks

• Use cleaning machinery as required

• Report issues and remove them under supervisor guidance

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with attention to detail

• Prior cleaning/janitorial experience (at least 6 months)

• Strong English skills are mandatory

• Ability to handle physical tasks up to 25 lbs

• Clear criminal background check necessary
