Full-Time Heavy Duty Cleaner C&W Services

C&W Services is seeking a full-time Heavy Duty Cleaner for the 3rd shift. This role involves various custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and order within facilities.

Under the guidance of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, you will execute essential cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation. Precision in using both light and heavy cleaning equipment is crucial, as well as the ability to report maintenance needs. This position is ideal for individuals outside of prior cleaning experience who can work collaboratively and with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces

• Vacuum rugs and spot clean areas as directed

• Clean and restock bathrooms daily

• Report defects like clogged fixtures to supervisors

• Collect and dispose of building trash

Requirements:

• No prior cleaning experience required

• Ability to use cleaning tools effectively

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• High levels of energy and endurance

• Must follow directions and work cooperatively
