Position: Akelius Live-In Property Management Role
Join Akelius as a live-in Property Caretaker, managing and maintaining residential properties effectively. This role involves a variety of maintenance and emergency response tasks.

In this live-in role, you'll support the Akelius mission by ensuring properties are well-maintained and secure. Communication, strong problem-solving, and time management skills will be key as you interact with residents and handle service requests. The successful candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment that values attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and identify deficiencies

• Manage service requests and emergency situations

• Keep building common areas clean and safe

• Carry out landscaping and general repairs

• Implement waste management and recycling processes

Requirements:

• At least one year of maintenance experience or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Proficient in using hand and power tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and time management
