Aviation Maintenance Controller

Position: Aviation Maintenance Controller Role
Join Flair Airlines as a Maintenance Controller and influence air travel safety from our Toronto office. This critical position ensures the airworthiness of our fleet while supporting operational efficiency.

As a licensed AME – M2, you’ll monitor line maintenance activities, provide logistical support, and communicate essential aircraft statuses to teams effectively. Your strong judgment in coordinating maintenance efforts will enhance operational recovery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central liaison for aircrew and dispatch

• Manage aircraft defect resolutions and MEL deferrals

• Oversee the execution of both line-scheduled maintenance

• Record technical delays and participate in review processes

• Ensure proper documentation within MRO tracking systems

Requirements:

• High School or GED; AME license M2 required

• Minimum 5 years line maintenance experience

• Proven experience with Boeing 737 NG and MAX

• Solid understanding of maintenance management systems

• Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions
