As an essential part of Flair's Maintenance team, you will ensure the airworthiness of aircraft and manage line maintenance operations. This position requires collaboration with various operational teams, overseeing maintenance activities, and making critical decisions to ensure aircraft reliability and performance. Your contributions will be key in enhancing our operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with maintenance regulations and procedures

• Manage all line scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

• Develop maintenance reports for stakeholders

• Handle parts requirements and monitor status

• Liaise with operational teams for timely aircraft servicing

Requirements:

• Valid AME license with M2 endorsement

• 5 to 7 years of progressive line maintenance experience

• Experience coordinating maintenance recovery efforts

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Clean criminal record check and eligibility to work in Canada
