Take on the role of an Expert Flooring Specialist focusing on vital maintenance tasks in our facility. This position requires a strong adherence to safety and maintenance practices.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and repair of non-technical components throughout the facility. With 1-3 years of facility maintenance experience, you’ll conduct inspections and assist in service requests as needed. A high school diploma is necessary, and a commitment to pursue trades certification is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine monitoring of facility components

• Provide improvement suggestions based on observations

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in facility maintenance

• Strong client-service and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license mandatory
