As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Building Services Manager while focusing on facilities maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, and health and safety. Ideal candidates possess prior experience in building maintenance, show remarkable leadership skills, and aim to enhance the quality of life for our seniors in a compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance

• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of the swimming pool

• Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of exterior property

• Prepare vacated suites for new occupants swiftly

• Maintain accurate records for all maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant building maintenance experience

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
