Aircraft Maintenance Lead Airport

Join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Lead, focusing on team leadership and operational excellence at Toronto Pearson Airport. Your expertise in aircraft maintenance is crucial for timely defect resolution and team coordination.

In this leadership role, you'll drive the maintenance operations while ensuring safety and compliance with standards. You will manage a group of technicians and maintain communication with MOC to effectively schedule work and oversee hangar operations.

Your role is vital in upholding the maintenance quality and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance activities per regulations and standards

• Maintain AME M2 or E license and ACA qualifications

• Coordinate with MOC regarding maintenance scheduling

• Manage Apprentices and AMEs for effective task delegation

• Support GSE maintenance and inventory logs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education and at least 3 years in leadership

• Required AME M2 or E license from Transport Canada

• DHC-8-400 or Embraer E2 endorsements preferred

• Detail-oriented and organized in work execution

• Ability to obtain airside security clearance
