In this pivotal role, you will oversee maintenance activities, deliver technical support to operational teams, and maintain constant communication regarding aircraft status. As a licensed AME – M2, you will be responsible for quick, effective decision-making during irregular operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with approved maintenance procedures
• Initiate aircraft swaps to meet operational goals
• Liaise with vendors for maintenance readiness
• Complete shift turnover reports and documentation
• Identify safety issues and report through SMS
Requirements:
• AME M2 endorsement is essential
• 5-7 years of progressive line maintenance experience
• Extensive knowledge of Boeing 737 maintenance
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Must meet background verification requirements
