Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain all building systems regularly

• Quickly respond to and resolve maintenance requests

• Complete thorough suite turnovers for new residents

• Oversee external contractors to meet repair expectations

• Document all activities in the Resident App and monitoring systems

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent

• Relevant hands-on building maintenance experience

• Proficient in Microsoft tools like Teams and Excel

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call
