Position: Full-Time Heavy Duty Cleaner Position
C&W Services is seeking a Full-Time Heavy Duty Cleaner for the 3rd shift. This role involves various custodial duties under supervision, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.

As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will execute cleaning tasks throughout facilities, working on floors, surfaces, and special cleaning projects. Candidates should be able to follow directions effectively and collaborate as part of a team. High attention to detail and the ability to utilize commercial cleaning tools and machinery are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wash all floors and surfaces

• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines

• Vacuum rugs and spot clean as directed

• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment

• Restock bathroom supplies daily and monitor service needs

Requirements:

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning tasks

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to use a portable vacuum cleaner

• High levels of energy and physical endurance
