As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and safety in multiple spaces, including laundry rooms, elevators, and tenant units ready for new residents. The position offers 40 hours per week, with weekend shifts every other week to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly clean all tenant and common areas
• Prepare kitchens and bathrooms after vacancies
• Conduct seasonal snow removal as required
• Maintain cleanliness in amenity spaces and fitness rooms
• Undertake other cleaning responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in professional cleaning preferred
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 kg
• Reliability and attention to detail are paramount
