Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of facility systems
• Provide suggestions for equipment repair and enhancements
• Monitor and operate mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant trades certification
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC or related fields
• Good knowledge of Building Automation Systems
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills
• Must comply with safety protocols and work shifts
