Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident requests and minor repairs within 24 hours
• Conduct thorough walkthroughs of common areas and floors
• Coordinate contractor repairs per Realstar’s standards
• Guide residents on submitting maintenance requests online
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and drills
Requirements:
• Previous experience in property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and compliance
• Strong ability to troubleshoot building system issues
• Excellent communication skills within a service context
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely
