In this position with MLSE, you'll be integral to maintaining professional quality grounds at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground. Partner with the Groundskeeping Supervisor to create safe and appealing environments for athletes to thrive. Your flexibility and work ethic will shine in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare football and soccer fields for events
• Operate landscaping equipment like mowers and tractors
• Line and paint athletic fields up to standards
• Care for landscaping around the sports facilities
• Assist with daily upkeep for safety and quality
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid Full G driver's license is a plus
