As part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, you will maintain small to medium-sized buildings and support overall facility management. This role includes conducting preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy efficiency inspections, while being proactive in troubleshooting issues related to building systems. You will escalate unusual occurrences and manage contractor services to uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair small to medium-sized building systems

• Conduct generator tests and air balancing

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and log readings

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems

• Supervise contractor work for adherence to standards

Requirements:
