Position: Greystar Property Maintenance Technician
Greystar is on the lookout for a Property Maintenance Technician who ensures safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence in all facilities. This role is pivotal for resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

As part of the Greystar team, you'll handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready preparations for new residents. Your ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers will enhance our commitment to world-class service in property management. Daily responsibilities include repairs, inspections, and assisting in grounds maintenance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address maintenance requests from residents efficiently

• Conduct inspections and prepare apartments for new leases

• Ensure cleanliness in common areas and amenities

• Manage procurement of maintenance-related supplies

• Accurately document maintenance activities and track requests

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• EPA certifications (Type I, II, or Universal) are essential

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed
