The Line Maintenance Leader at Execaire Aviation is essential in ensuring efficient line maintenance for our private jet services. With a decade of aviation maintenance experience and a strong supervisory background, you will lead Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and coordinate with third-party maintenance providers. Your leadership will foster a commitment to safety and innovation, maintaining a culture of excellence in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct line maintenance operations across the national network
• Implement standardized procedures for maintenance tasks
• Evaluate performance of external maintenance contractors
• Encourage a proactive safety environment within teams
• Oversee workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Preferred Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license
• 10+ years in aviation maintenance, 5+ in management
• Experience managing multiple maintenance sites
• Thorough knowledge of CARs and safety systems
• Proven ability to lead dispersed teams
