Position: Full-Time Facilities Technician at Eataly
Manage facilities efficiently at Eataly Yorkville as a Full-Time Lead Facilities Technician. This role requires technical expertise and leadership to maintain safe working conditions.

In this pivotal role, you will support the Facilities Manager with daily operations and oversee maintenance requests. You'll engage in hands-on preventive maintenance and repairs for essential systems. Your leadership will help ensure technicians are well-trained in safety and operational procedures, fostering a reliable and functional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on systems

• Complete repairs for plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC

• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests from staff

• Coordinate service with external vendors as needed

• Document maintenance activities and outcomes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with multiple trade skills
