We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to guide a team of Technicians in delivering essential maintenance services.
Your role involves both overseeing operations and executing hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality service delivery. This position balances leadership with direct technical involvement, making it integral to BGIS's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct activities and performance monitoring of Technicians
• Execute regular inspections and maintenance tasks
• Maintain records for service management and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Lead training sessions and operational meetings
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of facility operations experience
• Leadership experience is highly desirable
• Completion of high school with relevant trades training
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Availability for on-call shifts and emergencies
