Alpine Building Maintenance is looking for

On Call Cleaners for an immediate position locatedwithinthe GTA area.

• Must be knowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors
• Cleanassigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces in assigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever required
• Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
• Operatecarpet machines of various types
• Spotclean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills
• Wipeand sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and door handles
• Cleaning of washrooms, sanitizing, mopping, restocking of supplies as needed
• Followpre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

• Previous cleaning/janitorial experience an asset
• Must beable to lift 40lbs plus on a regular basis
