As a Facilities Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing preventative maintenance and repairs at assigned Chipotle restaurants. Your key activities will include site assessments, collaboration with vendors, and administration of repair budgets. You’ll lead classes for staff to enhance their skill in facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute quarterly preventative maintenance and site evaluations

• Address and resolve service calls effectively

• Work closely with vendors to uphold Chipotle's standards

• Conduct ownership classes on facility maintenance

• Oversee work order requests and ensure accurate management

Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma completion

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience preferred

• Clean Motor Vehicle Report a must

• Necessary Gas Fitter Licenses required

• Mechanical proficiency in HVAC maintenance tasks
