In this role, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance across various facilities, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. You'll ensure the smooth operation of properties, tackle service requests, and contribute to resident satisfaction through quality repairs and upkeep. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry will ensure our properties meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned service requests promptly for in-suite and common areas

• Perform light and heavy maintenance tasks, including appliance repairs

• Maintain grounds and facilities, identifying repair needs

• Report maintenance issues affecting budget to management

• Follow health and safety protocols diligently

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 1+ years of maintenance experience

• Flexibility for on-call weekend shifts

• Proficient in basic tools and maintenance tasks

• Certification in a trade is advantageous
