In this role, you will support Canlan Sports by performing various maintenance duties vital for smooth ice operations. Responsibilities include operating the Ice Resurfacer, handling janitorial chores, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your proactive maintenance efforts will enhance the recreational experience for all facility users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ice resurfacing and daily maintenance tasks
• Operate equipment for safe and efficient ice conditions
• Complete cleaning and maintenance of facilities and grounds
• Perform minor repairs on ice maintenance machines
• Follow janitorial procedures for cleanliness
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• Familiarity with ice resurfacing operations
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Strong mechanical skills and teamwork abilities
